Vaclav Rus is Chicago based photographer / videographer specialized in interior, real-estate, portrait, product and advertising.

He is not a typical photographer. Vaclav slowly transitioned into advertising and commercial photography / videography as he found his big passion for it. He worked for several years as a graphic designer at a local small company. The customers often pointed out his creative and modern outlook on projects. Before learning the skills himself photography was an additional part of his designs and commercial work. He also has the professional level of knowledge in post-processing techniques. All is used to make his images stand out and differentiate from competition. He considers every photographic assignment unique and takes a limitless approach to each project.

Vaclav uses natural, artificial or the combination of both lights where appropriate. His goal is to correctly and also artistically represent a subject. All final images are meticulously created with extensive attention to detail. Of course there are certain objects which are removed from almost every picture to obtain a clean look.
